The Sun is changing signs, Venus is getting ready to change signs and Mercury is preparing to station and turn direct. If 2016 has gotten off to a slower than planned start for you, don't worry. We had a number of planets hovering around intense Pluto in serious, Saturn-ruled
Capricorn, and two retrogrades began right after we changed calendars. During the dawning Aquarius cycle, the energies will shift and we should emerge from it with more enthusiasm and clarity than we started with. When the Sun moves into visionary Aquarius, the personal planets will still be under the influence of Pluto. Venus will move into Capricorn, where it will connect with the
planet of the underworld, Mercury will turn direct in Capricorn and Mars will cross its coming retrograde shadow point, in Pluto-ruled Scorpio. But by the end the solar cycle, the cosmic heaviness will give way to enlightening and enlivening Uranian rays. In this video, I talk about the conditions ahead.

In closing, I am really happy to be settling into my new home and writing the Aquarius edition of the newsletter. Regular readers will know that I’ve traveled many miles since
the Sun was last in this imaginative, ingenious air sign. Along with all of the news about the world’s turbulence, I’ve been noticing so many stories of inspiration and wonder. There’s the female pilot who successfully flew single-handedly from the UK to Australia and who was greeted by 2,000 admiring girls in Pakistan, the promising results
of bone marrow being used to heal MS and Tesla, SolarCity and SpaceX’s Elon Musk continuing to invent the future. On balance, I am hopeful. This year’s earth sign retrogrades will keep “correcting” the
financial markets and assets that have been overvalued, and that’s a good way to keep economic growth real. Thanks Saturn. And thank you for reading along for another year. I hope that you are well and that your year is off to a good start.
